I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes. I live alone and struggle to give her insulin twice a day. I have cried a lot because I just can’t hold her still and give the insulin. I needed a helping hand and I definitely got one with this sling. I called Monday morning and they were nice enough to ship it priority for me. I think the very nice man I spoke to could tell I was having a tough time. I bought a grooming table and thanks to this sling I am now a pro with insulin injections (well maybe not a pro but much better than before the sling). No more tears!! Thank you!! Thank you!!

I recently attended the diamond cut dog grooming school and used the slings while learning how to groom. I feel that I could not work without using the slings because they help with dogs that want to sit down or move around a lot. The helping hand dogs laying is a must for a dog groomer.

I own Barkz & Wagz Pet Care and Supplies in Zephyrhills Florida and received the Helping Hands Dog Sling today in sizes medium and large. I love them so much, I ordered the small too. They are so helpful especially with the more difficult dogs and the dogs that want to sit down. They take a lot of stress out of grooming and shorten groom time. Not to mention the dogs were very content and comfortable in the slings. Thank you for such a great product!!

I received my Helping Hand Sling & I’m so pleased how much it has helped me in so many ways. My little one gives me the roughest time. So guess who was first? She did well. So if it worked for her I felt it would also be good for my other clients. I’m very pleased with this new helping hand. Looking forward to using it on more of my furry friends. Love it!!
    Thank You Nancy.

The helping hand slings are the safest way to restrain a dog while grooming! I absolutely love them. The dog can move all around not get hurt or jump off the table. This is a must have for anyone grooming! It makes grooming easier.

Grooming literally just became 100% easier with Nancy’s helping hand slings.
These are a must have for EVERY groomer out there!
The Helping Hand Sling are well designed they create a comfort level for everyone involved, Yourself, your pooch client and their parents. No animal should ever be tied up around the neck, sadly when that happens accidents happen, but with the sling your pet is secure and safe. I actually had a few of my pooch clients fall asleep while being groomed in sling.
    Definite must have!!

A must for any groomer! The helping hand dog sling is an easy, convenient, and durable product. The dogs are secure and love it. Even the most difficult dogs relax and make grooming safer and easier for both the dog and the groomer. A great extra hand when you need it!

I have worked for two weeks at Diamond Cut Dog Grooming as a student. At times it got difficult to control the dogs. With the helping hand dog sling, I was able to control the dog better so I could groom easier. It is so much safer than attaching something to their neck, that won’t control them much when needed.

Nancy’s “Helping Hand Dog Sling” is a must for every groomer who wants to have the ability to secure their clients’ dogs in a safe and secure way. The sling allows you to lift dogs off of your table safely and comfortably. This keeps the dogs from getting traction on the table, which is very important, especially when it’s time to cut their nails. The comfort factor is also key. I have found that my clients’ dog are so relaxed in the sling, a lot of times they take a nap making it even easier for me to groom their legs and feet.
As I stated, the “Helping Hand Sling” is a must for every groomer.

My review of the “Helping Hands Sling” created by Nancy McClain (Owner of Diamond Cut Dog Grooming School) is a wonderful tool to utilize for the dog groomer. Its unique design cradles the dog for that feeling of security. Adjustments to the sling can be made while grooming from front to back of dog. You can also lift and suspend for easy access for grooming feet. Dogs feel a sense of security while in this sling, a contentment being cradled. Groomers know that the dog is safe and secure. Stress levels are lowered for the dog and groomer making their grooming experience a pleasant one. My compliments go out to Nancy, for her creation of her “Helping Hands Sling” and for always aiding to improve the dog grooming business.

I am currently a student at Diamond Cut Diamond Dog Grooming. I have had the pleasure of using Nancy’s Helping Hand Dog Sling on numerous occasions and am amazed every time how well the dogs react to being in the sling. I have attempted to groom without the sling and have found that many dogs tap dance and spin on the grooming table making it very difficult to groom safely. Once put into the sling they seem to relax and melt into the sling and enjoy the experience. I have purchased one to use at home on my 3 crazy shih tzus. What a blessing – no more sitting down, dancing and playing the hokey pokey while attempting to groom, trim nails and clean up pads. This is definitely a must have for any professional or home groomer. I LOVE IT!! Thanks Nancy

I absolutely loved the Helping Hand Dog Sling when I first used one . It was great and convenient . It is very comfortable for the dog and they don’t seem to mind having one on when needed. I feel every groomer should have one handy just in case you may need a extra hand .

Nancy spoiled her students by allowing us to use these slings during grooming school. With everything going on in a grooming salon, it was a relief knowing that -in any worse case scenario- the dog was safely restrained. As an added bonus, the dogs were more comfortable being restrained by the body as opposed to being restrained by the neck. The bottom line is that this sling increases safety and improves the overall grooming experience for both the groomer and the dog. While typical neck restraints allow excited dogs to move and spin, this sling allows the groomer to elevate the dog. When this happens, it is so much easier to work on the pads of the feet and the toenails because the dog cannot move around. I recommend the “Helping Hand Dog Sling” to any groomer who values safety and would like some convenience throughout their day. In general, I hope this sling brings awareness and initiates change in what is considered “safe” in the pet grooming industry.
